Miradela , HTX Boss Babes, Sweet like Pan Dulce Pop-Up & Amigas 4Ever & Ever Pop-Up has given me the opportunity to create two things that I hold close to my heart, a product that simply depicts my life and the ability to create a supportive atmosphere for local small businesses through event planning where our community can come together and celebrate women entrepreneurs and Latino Culture here in the city of Houston,Texas.
Now with the opening of our Miradela Gift Shop, located in the heart of East End Houston, we have been given the opportunity to use our platform to support small businesses event further!
What’s our inspiration?!I Definitely like to keep things bright and fun with Miradela! I like to say we have curated a brand that gives a sense of feeling of “home” and draws inspo from my familia and simply celebrates la cultura! But most importantly Miradela holds a special place in my heart as it symbolizes the beauty and love for my abuelita, Adela! My grandmothers influence is my original motivation behind my brand.
Mira el cielo... Mira el sol... Miradela.
Corazon de Melon
Puppy CEO & Founder of “The Corazon Collection” & Curator of our Miradela shop Pet accessories
Meet my fur baby, Corazón, the inspiration behind our Miradela bandana pet line. Corazon’s adorable heart patch as a pup gave her name .... I can still remember like it was yesterday, my family and I finding Corazón on a hot summer day in June at a neighborhood park. She was left in a plastic crate with food scraps and and ant bites all over her. Without hesitation we immediately took her to the vet and given a diagnosis of severe dehydration, mange, bites and worms with a very low chance of survival.
Corazón made such a special connection with us...we took our chances and did everything we could to nurse her back to health! 12 years later she has been my sunshine & the pup that will forever hold my heart. She was truly the one that opened my Corazón to the importance of adopting rescues that have been left behind / mistreated and deserve a second chance to find their forever homes.
Our pet bandana collection is dedicated to the unconditional love we receive from our pups each and everyday! We also have a special pet section that Corazon has approved each individual vendor at our shop ;)!
